I am a well-rounded hospitality executive with significant experience spanning Operations, Beverage Development, Franchising, Marketing, Procurement, and Technology. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation as a tenacious, relationship-driven leader who combines strong business acumen with emotional intelligence, empathy, and a genuine commitment to developing and celebrating teams.
My experience as an operator, beverage buyer, mixologist, and hospitality executive has given me a deep understanding of the spirits industry and the unique needs of beverage buyers, operators, sellers, and owners.
I have developed particular expertise and credibility in tequila. Known throughout the industry as "Dr. Tequila," I have traveled to Mexico eight times to experience firsthand how tequila is produced, including visits to the farms, along with harvesting by the jimadors and production. This firsthand knowledge, combined with my passion for spirits, allows me to educate customers, make thoughtful recommendations, and confidently sell tequila based on both expertise and authentic experience.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am deeply involved in the hospitality community and I am passionate about giving back. I serve on the board of the Kentucky Restaurant Association, am Treasurer of the Louisville chapter, and participate on numerous committees. I was also recognized as Chapter Member of the Year last year.
I bring a combination of hospitality leadership, beverage expertise, sales ability, relationship building, and a goal-driven mindset to this role. I am passionate about creating meaningful partnerships, delivering measurable results, and helping customers and organizations grow.
