Donna McGraw is a seasoned beverage alcohol executive and growth strategist with more than 20 years of experience building brands, driving revenue, developing high-performing sales organizations, and navigating the complex U.S. beverage alcohol landscape.
As a commercial leader, Donna brings a unique combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution. She has built and scaled national sales strategies across wine, spirits, beer, and RTD categories, working across on- and off-premise channels and partnering with leading distributors, retailers, and national accounts.
Throughout her career, Donna has consistently delivered measurable growth. At Archer Roose, she helped scale the brand from 19,000 to more than 100,000 9L cases, expanded distribution to 26 states, built the sales organization from 3 to 15 people, and drove sustained double-digit growth. Earlier in her career, she grew Luxco's national accounts business from $2 million to $20 million in five years and developed strategic relationships with major accounts including Kroger, Sprouts, Target, Whole Foods, Total Wine, CVS, Walgreens, Winco, Costco, and Meijer.
Donna's leadership philosophy centers on building the right strategy, putting the right people in the market, and creating accountability around execution. She believes great sales organizations are built through strong relationships, disciplined processes, market intelligence, and a deep understanding of what matters to distributors, retailers, operators, and consumers.
Today, Donna serves as Managing Director of Barrel & Bloom within Fallow Collective, helping emerging beverage brands build the commercial infrastructure, sales strategy, and market execution needed to scale. She is passionate about creating practical growth strategies that turn strong brands into sustainable businesses.
