With more than a decade of experience across collegiate athletics, executive support, and business operations, Crystal brings a strong ability to manage moving pieces, anticipate needs, build relationships, and keep teams moving forward.
Her career includes leadership and operations roles within collegiate athletics, where she developed a team-first approach to communication, organization, and problem-solving. Most recently, she supported executive leadership within the medical industry, managing complex scheduling, travel, communications, projects, purchasing, and day-to-day operations.
At Fallow, Crystal works closely with Rawnica to help manage priorities, create structure, coordinate across the Collective, and keep the many details behind our continued growth moving forward.
