About Provisions

Provisions is Fallow Collective's point-of-sale venture. We design, source, and fulfill POS materials, displays, branded merchandise, and print-on-demand kits for the Collective's ventures and the brands we serve, turning brand and sales needs into physical materials that show up on time and to specifications. Our standard is simple: the essentials, before you need them.

About the role

The Account Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations, brand relationships, and business development efforts of Provisions. Working directly with the Fallow Collective Marketing Manager, you will serve as a key connection between brand partners, internal teams, and external vendors, helping coordinate POS projects from initial inquiry through production, fulfillment, and delivery.

This position begins as a part-time contract opportunity, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the venture grows. We're looking for someone excited to help build a growing business, contribute to its success, and take on additional responsibilities over time.

What you'll do

  • Manage incoming POS requests and communicate project details, priorities, and updates to the Marketing Manager for review and direction
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, order tracking, shipping, and fulfillment to ensure POS materials are delivered accurately and on time

  • Maintain accurate project records, vendor information, pricing, order details, and status updates in shared project management systems
  • Help establish and improve workflows for POS requests, brand communication, vendor coordination, and project tracking as the venture grows
  • Support the Marketing Manager in ensuring all POS materials meet brand expectations, quality standards, and project requirements
  • Assist with onboarding new brand partners into Provisions, gathering brand guidelines, product information, POS requirements, and other materials needed to begin projects
  • Assist with coordinating with external vendors and production partners to request quotes, confirm product specifications, communicate timelines, and track project progress

What you'll bring

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, marketing, client services, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and requests simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with brand partners, vendors, and internal teams

  • Comfort working with project management tools, spreadsheets, and shared digital platforms
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support a growing venture where processes are still being developed
  • An understanding of branding, marketing materials, promotional products, or print production is a plus
  • Experience in beverage alcohol, hospitality, or consumer packaged goods is a plus

Compensation

$25 per hour, plus commission. Approximately 10 hours per week.

Where you'll work

This role is based out of Fallow Collective's headquarters in Hamilton, Ohio, in the greater Cincinnati area, with scheduling and work arrangements determined based on business needs.

This is an opportunity to join a growing Collective, build meaningful relationships with brands and industry partners, and help shape the future of Provisions from the ground up.

About Fallow Collective

Fallow Collective is a hospitality-driven ecosystem building and growing purpose-driven brands across beverage alcohol and hospitality-adjacent CPG. We exist at the intersection of commerce and purpose, where disciplined strategy meets meaningful experience, and where doing right by people and doing well in business are treated as the same goal.

We were built on a belief that emerging brands deserve more than advice. They deserve an ecosystem, one that can take a brand from strategy to shelf, from first account to national scale, and from a good product to an experience people remember. Rather than launch a single company, we built a family of connected ventures, each led by its own operators, that together cover the full arc of how a brand grows in our industry. What one entity sets in motion, another carries forward, so brands gain senior leadership, real execution, and lasting relationships without assembling it all themselves.

A common thread runs through everything we do: bringing hospitality back to retail. Whether we are opening doors at the corporate level, executing in the field, designing an activation, or pouring a thoughtful drink, we lead with hospitality, intention, and genuine care for the people on every side of the transaction. We hold ourselves to thoughtful growth and financial discipline, and we invest in leadership development so the people who build with us grow as much as the brands we serve.

Through the Fallow Foundation, our nonprofit dedicated to food access and education, we extend that same purpose beyond commerce to the communities we are part of.
